The Advisory Board has the mandate to submit or commission its own studies and statements. These can contribute to the discussion on fundamental issues of conflict analysis and early crisis detection, as well as to the further development of approaches and instruments.

Position Statement

The Advisory Council publishes short statements in order to present recommendations to the Federal Government, the Bundestag and, if necessary, other actors on selected occasions.

Study

The Advisory Board publishes studies on selected topics or country situations. Members of the Advisory Board can either write the studies themselves or commission external experts to conduct an analysis. The recommendations are addressed to the Federal Government, the Bundestag or other actors.
